PJ's Coffee of New Orleans

The "PJ" in our name stands for Phyllis Jordan, our founder, who opened her first coffee house over two decades ago. She's one of the pioneers of gourmet coffee - her idea: to create unique coffee blends and roast the beans in small batches - the same way we do it today in our roasting facility not far from Bourbon Street.
